Neets Control - TanGo
Neets Control – TanGo is a powerful control system enabling intuitive touch control through Android/iOS touch panels or standard browsers and you can create your own GUI design
For easy installation, the TanGo comes with PoE IN and PoE OUT to avoid need for external PSU for both the control system and an external device such as a touch panel.

Q: What can I use the relays for ?
A: you can use the relays as dry contacts to interface with other external equipment like electrical screens, lifts or curtains
Q: Which type of screens can I control with the relays?
A: You can control screens that use low voltage and needs a dry contact.

Q: What type of connection does the relays offer?
A: Relays on the TanGo are normally open (NO).
Q: Which PoE standards are the TanGo working with?
A: PoE standard 802.3af / 802.3at.

Q: What can the PoE output be used for?
A: It can power PoE equipment, like a touch panel, that complies to 802.3at+af standard.
Q: How much power can the TanGo supply on PoE Out?
A: Using a power supply that complies with 802.3af standard
it is possible to get 15.4 Watt out of the TanGo PoE Out port.
Maximum power when using the supplied power supply 12 W.
Q: How many NEB's can you add to the TanGo ?
A: Add up to 5 NEB units via the NEB connector.

Remember that the extender is built in to the TanGo, so it only needs an NEB Extender in the other end of the cable.
Q: Can I learn IR commands with the TanGo.
A: Yes, on the front of the TanGo between the PoE an the On LED.

Q: Why are the PoE LED flashing slowly on the front of the TanGo ?
A: Because there is no PoE device connected.
Q: How should I connect the TanGo and a Touch Device in a standard configuration?
A: Connect the LAN connector of the PoE supply to your network and the PoE connector to the TanGo, which then feeds the connected touch display through the PoE Out on the TanGo.
Q: Can I expand the TanGo to control more devices with RS232, LAN or I/O's
A: Yes, you can connect up to 8 Neets extension devices on LAN, like Neets Control Systems, Neets Relays and Neets Audio Amplifiers, they all offer additional serial, LAN and I/O ports to control more devices. Or simply add the NEB Port expansion!
Q: How can I mount the TanGo?
A: It fits in the Neets Rack Shelf or mount on a plane surface with the screws and plugs it comes with in the box!
Q: Can I connect 2 LAN unit to the TanGo without the usage of an extra LAN switch?
A: Yes you can. The TanGo has a 2 port build-in LAN switch, here you can add 2 LAN unit. See illustration below.
Q: What is the maximum memory card capacity supported?
A: It is important to use an industrial grade card with maximum 4 Gb of memory. We recommend smallest possible and stock size are 256 Mb.
